We use advanced floor planning tools integrated into our stock management system, allowing us to provide you with suggested layouts once you've chosen the tent size for your event.
Thanks to the incredible flexibility of our stretch tents, we can adjust the setup to suit the weather. Pegging one or more sides to the ground instantly creates walls and provides extra shelter from the elements. However, this does reduce capacity—typically, you’ll lose around 1.5–2 metres of floor space. For example, if we peg one side down, it may reduce capacity by 15–20 guests.

Modern & Modular
Stretch tents are 100% waterproof. Their modular structure allows multiple tents to be joined together, creating larger covered areas while maintaining protection from the elements.
A Velcro guttering system is used to connect tents, forming a watertight seal that prevents leaks. Additional wall systems can also be added for extra protection against wind and rain, making the tents suitable for various weather conditions.
This combination of modern materials and intelligent design ensures that stretch tents provide a reliable and adaptable shelter for any event.

Flexible Setup Options for Different Weather Conditions
Stretch tents can be set up with the sides up or down, depending on the weather and the atmosphere you want to create.
Sides Up: This provides a more open and spacious feel, covering a larger area while allowing for better airflow. It’s the preferred choice for weddings and parties, as it creates a light and breathable environment.
Sides Down: This offers more protection from wind and rain, making it ideal for unpredictable weather conditions.
The decision can be made closer to your event, allowing you to assess the forecast before finalising the setup. In cases of extreme weather, we typically recommend securing two or three sides to provide additional shelter while still maintaining an open feel where possible.
